1. I’m having trouble logging into my Wealth Vision Client Portal on my Mac, help!

To access your Client Portal on a Mac computer you must use Firefox as your browser. To download Firefox for Mac OS X click here.

2. Can I access my Wealth Vision Client Portal on my iPhone or iPad?

Yes. On your iPad we recommend accessing your Client Portal via the internet on the browser, Firefox. (To download Firefox see Question 1 above.) On your iPhone you can access it through eMoney’s app available in the iTunes store. Click here to download it. Below are directions for creating your username and password:

Step 1: Login to your Wealth Management Client Portal and click on the “Change Password” Link in the top right. An “Edit My Information” box will appear. Changing your password in this section will not change your username and password already established to access the Wealth Management System for your PC or Mac.

Step 2: Scroll down inside this box to see your username for the mobile app and “Establish a Password” Your username will begin with “LPL:”

Step 3: Once you download the eMoney Mobile App on your iPhone from the iTunes store you’ll need to log in. Your initial login will require you to choose LPL WealthVision as your Partner ID. Enter your username from the Edit My Information box. (Remember your username will begin with “LPL:”) Then enter your password. Each time you access the app you will be required to enter your password.

You can also call eMoney directly to receive a username and password for the app.
